This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for digital subscription services provided by Net4K (“Net4K”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through the website net4k.co. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Our Service

Net4K provides access to a digital streaming service. When you purchase a plan, you receive login credentials and access details delivered electronically, normally within a few minutes of payment. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, the terms in this policy apply in place of any physical-goods return process.

2. Free 24-Hour Trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test the service before paying. The trial is provided at no cost. Because no payment is taken for the trial, there is nothing to refund in connection with it. We recommend using the trial to confirm the service works on your device and meets your needs before purchasing a paid plan.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date.

To remain eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 calendar days of the original payment.
  • You must contact us by email and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any technical issue before the refund is finalized.
  • The request must come from the email address used to place the order.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your approximate order date
  • A short description of the reason for your request

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and is outside our control.

5. When a Refund May Be Declined

We may decline a refund request in the following situations:

  • The request is made more than 30 calendar days after purchase.
  • There is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, account sharing beyond the purchased number of devices, or resale of credentials.
  • The service was confirmed to be working correctly and the request appears to be an attempt to obtain free use of the service.

6. Service Interruptions

The streaming service depends on your internet connection, your device, and third-party networks. Short, occasional interruptions can occur and do not by themselves entitle you to a refund. If you experience a problem, contact support@net4k.co first most issues are resolved quickly by our support team.

7. Renewals

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When a plan is close to expiry, you may choose to renew it manually. Each renewal is a new, separate purchase and is covered by its own 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of that renewal payment.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first we will always try to resolve it. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on net4k.co at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
